DCH has built its organization on a team of highly qualified individuals. These professionals are experienced in: real estate assessments/inspections, environmental investigations, remediation geology/hydrogeology, oil and gas exploration and production environmental issues, environmental science, asbestos inspections, asbestos operations and management plans, lead risk assessments, wetlands determinations, delineations, and permitting, regulatory compliance, fault investigations and quality control/quality assurance. Due to ever-changing environmental regulations and technology, our staff is encouraged to pursue certifications, training, and continuing education through a variety of private/governmental agencies and professional societies. This allows a broad-based approach to all types of investigations. For more on the DCH Enviornmental Consulting Staff click here.
DCH maintains a regulatory compliance library, map library, and computer database with holdings to reference the law and regulations applicable to its projects. Regulatory compliance listings and Environmental Protection Agency regulations/laws provide research information. The map library includes a collection of U.S.G.S. topographical, Railroad Commission oil/gas information, Water well information, flood zone maps, U.S.D.A. soil surveys, U.S. Bureau of Economic Geological, historical city and plat maps, and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) maps.
With the rapid regulatory and requirement changes in the environmental assessment, evaluation, investigation, and remedial fields, DCH is on a constant upgrading and updating program. This program includes personnel, equipment, research materials and other resources.
We are fully insured for all of our projects. It is our policy to pre-qualify all our subcontractors to verify their qualifications and insurance.
