DCH has developed and documented quality control procedures to be followed in the field and testing laboratory, as well as by subcontractors and by all levels of management throughout our organization.
In maintaining a high level of standards, a detailed QA/QC plan is in place. The plan generally consists of a series of checks and balances to assure the highest quality of testing services. In summary, quality assurance and quality control are maintained by:
1. review of all project information prior to start; 2. careful documentation of all samples; 3. review of results by an Environmental Professional; 4. careful review of analytical laboratory QA/QC plans; 5. use of duplicate analysis; and 6. performance and system audits.
